Who I Am
I am Sean L. Richmond, an active-duty Coast Guard Finance & Supply Officer and a student at the University of Oklahoma, pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Leadership. Based in Virginia Beach, Virginia, I am currently in my final year and preparing to graduate in May 2026.
I bring a disciplined, growth-oriented mindset to my work, with a strong foundation in organization, communication, leadership, and project management. Through my military service, academic experience, and professional development, I have built strengths in coordination, problem-solving, and working effectively with diverse teams. Balancing full-time active-duty service with family and academic commitments has strengthened my adaptability, time management, and focus on long-term goals.
